Dr. Arndt Pechstein is an energetic blend of a neuroscientist, award-winning entrepreneur, business coach, and passionate human being. Arndt holds a PhD in neuroscience and has specialist backgrounds in biomimicry, design thinking, agile, future skills, exponential organizations, and organizational development. As CEO of The Future Company, management consultant, co-creator of the Future Skills Navigator, and initiator of the Hybrid Thinking approach, he guides people and organizations toward future-readiness. Arndt is lecturer for Future Studies, Responsible Innovation, Circular Economy, Systems Thinking, and Enterprise Agility at various universities in Europe. Arndt is also an inspiring keynote and TEDx speaker and a book author. His mission is shaping a just, sustainable, and desirable future for humans and planet. His Credo is: "Don't just be successful, be significant!".
About the CIFamily
The community events called “CIFamily” aim to offer the scene of chemistry-specific founders a place for trusting exchange and learning from each other. “Learning from experts and alumni/ae, sharing and discussing your own experiences with other participants and supporting each other” is the common goal of the community. In order to achieve this, each event is dedicated to a topic selected by the founders, on which there are impulses, exchange and networking in a relaxed and open atmosphere.
